Commercial Real Estate - Incorporating Architectural 3d Model into Live video.
In this video, there is no physical building on the lot. Using the 3d Model of the building from the Architect and using Hollywood style techniques to combine virtual world with real world, I can insert virtual objects into video footage allowing you to show your investor/future clients what your project will look like upon completion. This is very similar to architectural renderings, except that only the building is virtual, the rest of the world is real giving it an unequaled look.
Commercial Real Estate - Incorporating site plan into Live video.
In these videos, used for pre-sales, a similar technique as above is used to insert the architectural site plan into the video and make it look like it's part of the shot. This shows how the neighborhood will be laid out as well as neighborhood amenities and proximity to attractions near the neighborhood. This helps potential buyers see the neighborhood before building has even begun. Architectural 3d models of the neighborhood (if available) can also be embedded to show how the neighborhood will look upon completion.
Commercial Real Estate.
Show the grandeur of your pride and joy office/commercial building. Show potential leases the layout of your building and proximity to areas of interest. Show it off in your lobby, on line or in real estate publications.
Commercial Real Estate - Non drone, Timelapse.
We also do non-drone video production. This is a time-lapse that was done for pre-sales when the building was still under construction and is still used.
